Eastern Shore of MD | This is probably obvious but have your checked the condition of the bladders inside of the nozzle bodies.
I can not remember what happens when there is a hole in one, am thinking I ended up with spray fluid in the cab (with a older terragator) but that was with a Old Raven 440 controller that had the air shutoff that ran to the cab.
We run a customized Case 4420 that has a 3 inch pump and a high side boom that has an air actuated system with cam locks like yours on 60" centers but I can not remember anything happening as you describe. The controller is a Viper 4+.
When the boom switch is activated it is normal for you to hear a short burst of air before fluid comes out of the tips.
