I gave up on cases. Started wearing cargo pants and carry it in the left thigh pocket.

My solution as well. I like this way better than any case I have ever had. And my wrangler cargos have 2 pockets on left thigh. An open pocket or a covered pocket with Velcro. Use both depending what I’m doing.
