To my practical mind, the thought that by towing an electric car 30 miles would give the batteries enough power to then drive the same distance is totally flawed. There are losses - i.e. not 100% efficiency - that come into play.

As for the idea of a generator using the motion of an electric car to generate the replacement power!  Complete Bull****.  perpetual motion is impossible!



It is totally possible to tow a vehicle and go farther on the juice produced. The simple explanation, the power generated is greater than power used to move the vehicle. I.E. the car takes 10amps to move but the generation is capable of 20 amps.
