Funny thing is.............that it SPECIFICALLY states in the Constitution that the States have the right to set their own election laws. The Feds need to stay the hell out of it. ANY infringement they attempt is against Constitutional law. The Federalist papers tell about why this was so important to keeping our country united and why that was written into our country's Constitution.
