Do you have a repair shop near that has that stuff? There are several shops near here that would have that. Is that uncommon? There would be the online metal suppliers - Speedy Metal and others that would make the things you want. Specify cold drawn for the shaft and DOM for the tubing. Those will be right on as to dimension.
