Kingston, Ohio | Well I work for a Monsanto company and this is what I found on our farm JB. We had a 200 acre farm split up fifty fifty between Crows 3400R2's (3.4 maturity) and Crows 3916(3.9 maturity). Crows 3916, which is now Channel 3951 is probably the best 3.9 on the market, but the 3400R2's beat the 3916 by 4 Bu/Acre. Now when a 3.9 gets beat by the 3.4 I think you've got something there, however those results have varied throughout the state. I personally like them, not as a seed salesman but as I farmer and we have all ready preordered more. | |
