My feeling is, that the Fendt 1000 series will have to be a jack of all trades. If you want a tractor just to pull hard in the field, a 4wd must surely be the best option. They all make larger 4wds than what you have, if power is what you need. If the tractor is going to be doing a lot of haulage work, then the Fendt would begin to gain favour.
