Good Ol' East Texas
We cut in front of choppers and they are mostly Claas just for the fact of service. From what I hear from those guys that Krone and Claas are at the top. Krone and Claas use the same engines. Haven't cut in front of a New Holland or seen one run. Cut in front of a couple of John Deeres I think one was a 7800 and the other one I can't remember but it seemed like they were always breaking down. That was probably due to the operators though. Every chopper has their problems. I know of a guy that burned up three or four brand new Claas choppers due to bad bearings in the kernel processor. Claas fixed the problem. Choppers are high maintenance and I would go with the one that has the better service in your area.
