NE ND | I’m in about the same boat as the OP, looking for a wagon for 150-200 cows. CSE, does your horizontal mix hay well? When you say ground is it with a bale grinder or just a bale processor? We have a bale processor and am wondering if we put all the hay through that if a horizontal mixer will work or if it has to be “ground”? It’s just a vermeer 256, not a “fine cut” or anything like that. Will be about same as you as far as ration, half silage half hay. | |
