Like all the benefits of low carb, weight loss and just plain feel better plus better memory.
However seem to be hungry after supper.
Have four eggs and three strips of bacon for breakfast. lunch nothing or a little cheese and maybe a little summer sausage.
Supper usually close to a pound of meat and a good serving of vegies.
What should I do?
Stop eating veggies for dinner. Eat the meat and leave the veggies for earlier in the day. |
