Stillwater OK | Best I've found is something like number 3, Weld a long rod on on handle with a large round stock with hold in it to ma slide hammer.
Have made a little grove in the jaws so you don't cut the head of the nail.
Moten builder told me that 40 years ago. We added onto our church and wanted to save the sheets of that wall.
Have used it several times since.
