| Neither of them, it is or was owned by a family that is spilt amongst themselves on how it was going to be transferred down to family. So it has for sale signs on it. A local town doctor who came to town to practice before I was born, owned the ground. Ran a little herd of cows had his equipment, and put up hay. Raised his kids, the doc passed away. Kids now spilt in how everything to be divided. Plus this land in the area is now over 100 grand an acre. Same old story that happens to every farm most generally. One or two fight and things get spilt for big money.
Land owners just put a for rent deal online in local classifieds. These guys can out bid most people because they have YouTube income. Cows make a great way to show a loss for IRS. How better to write off a helicopter than use it to salt and check cattle. | |
