In this area there were several people that signed up for and now have windmills on their property. The problem for their neighbors is now the windmills constitute a utility. The utility has the right of eminent domain to place electric lines (poles) across both the windmill proponents’ properties as well as their neighbors’ properties . It has caused division in the community.
