Wisconsin | how much work do you or he want? If it was me, I'd remove the top and one row and mount to two skids to move around so you don't have to shovel it out, just move the roof. Then take the remainder and cut up into quonset style shelters, probably have to pull them in at the bottom and cable to hold them. Put one on the concrete for shelter, and fence with cattle panels. The ventilation would be the issue with using it as is, remove too much and it wouldn't stand a storm. | |
