Hooker Twp,Ne | Does it have to be county approved? Our county believe said a tower had to be at least one mile from residence. Hard to find enough areas to make it work with x many towers. Shadow flicker from turning blades. Do you have rural volunteer firemen? Next to impossible for them to fight a turbine fire and then look at possible crop and or building lost. We have many acreage owners and not many wanted a windtower on the other side of their boundary line. | |
