I think your market report sums up the difference in cattle. Pot/pen load, single iron, known feedyard and carcass data from a reputable herd. Known top cattle no matter the color always bring the top price. No two breeds perform same. No two carcasses are identical. Unknown cattle sell based on expected average results for the breed they appear to be.
