Like a lot of things, the 'brand names' you see at big-box stores are usually engineered down to a price point = cheap crap. Don't buy there. Shop at the place where the plumbers go or on-line and get the real McCoy. Plumbing fixtures are a true you-get-what-you-pay-for category.

Going from remington17's link (Grohe is a good brand), I would avoid this type- it takes at least two motions to bring the pullout to a useable position. Better to go with one like this where the button is in a more natural position. Your four holes can be covered by an escutcheon plate if necessary.
