My dad runs sms on parallels on a mac. he gets along ok, but he's an apple fanboy too.
Personally, I hate it when I have to use his computer. Having the emulated operating system just make everything more confusing, and it seems clunky and slow. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
It's just nice to have a computer that hasn't froze in 12 years, or crashed, or even glitched once. I did however just get a cheap computer for the barn because it needs windows for a couple programs. but I know ill replace it every few years when it dies for no reason. |
