SWMN | Looking at upgrading my JD 980 field cultivator, currently pulling a 45 ft and pulling a crumbler behind. I would like to go to a mounted basket on the field cultivator. Have been looking at 2210's with a basket but wondering if a guy should just go up to the 2230 with the 3 bar harrow and the basket. Have heard that the 2210 are heavy and pull hard, wondering if the 2230's are a little lighter. Which hitch style is preferred the level lift or the floating hitch? Would appreciate any experience with either of these field cultivators. | |
