I should have mentioned it but my post was getting to long. I'd say my average corn moisture is 19%. Shell some 25% sometimes but generally not a lot. I raise waxy corn and it hardly ever gets below 17.5%. One salesman said its hard to run 17% corn through a tower and not over dry it. Thats where he said the stack one with 3 individual burners on it would be a very good fit.
