You have covered a lot of problem area. This is my 2 cents. Do you have the clear fuel water sensor that screws on bottom of fuel filter, if you do make sure there is a o ring between the two. Even if not in the book put a one way check valve close to first fuel filter in the line, that solved s problem 20 years ago on a 6110, they are cheap.
