We mad an air hose that goes between the trailer and truck with a tap in it. When we unhook at night, we put this air hose on the trailer. Air the trailer up and close the tap, then unhook. We chock the wheels. Our 15 year old trailer takes about 3 days at -30 before it looses enough air that the brakes come one. Closer to freezing it holds air for over a week.
