Years ago in the winter when there was any chance at all of the brakes being wet I would grab the trolley valve and drag the trailer brakes slightly for a bit before I parked for the night. My idea was to build some heat and dry things out.


This does nothing but make the problem worse.

AGREED. Warm brakes will draw moisture in to them as they cool. Cold vehicle windows that hasn't been driven ( heated) in days will not have near the frost on the windows on a cold morning as one that had a warm cab the night before.
