1 hour east of ol cheyenne | The issue is definently real. Had it happen to 2 different drivers where I used to work that pulled the trailer until the tires blew out. One was a night shift driver the other was on a day shift. Drive out to an oil lease to load spend about 1 to 11/2 hours loading and trailer brake would freeze up. I never had it happen but only used the Jake brake when close to the lease so the brakes would not be warm when loading. Then only set tractor maxis when loading and chock a drive axle.
