Formula big cam 3 is 1900 max ram. It was pretty doggy over 1750.
Ours had good power at 1300. 2nd quickest 0 -60 truck I ever saw. 1st was my big cam 1. Max rpm on it was 3400. That's where the fuel burned on compression and exhaust strokes and the vaves float.
I was told fleet max was 1700.
My big cam 1stayed under 1500 for fuel economy.
Did the op run the overhead?
