| I had a 2004 model 1000 gal stainless, 90' booms, no active suspension, 5.9 cummins. There is absolutely nothing wrong with those sprayers at all other than they are now starting to get some age on them. If the one you are looking at has been well taken care of I wouldn't be scared of it at all.
The noise in the cab is certainly loud but no louder than the 54 series rogators I've been around. The cab is small by todays standard and certainly primitive but you aren't paying Cadillac prices either. Overall they are pretty good sprayers.
Oh forgot to add, they use an odd in tank hydraulic filter, believe it is Italian and can be kind of a pain. Make damn sure you keep the oil clean...I mean CLEAN. | |
