I don’t understand the demos either. The farmers who are actual buyers of this equipment more than likely aren’t watching these channels. If they are watching, it’s only making them mad watching these 3 month demos from all sorts of manufacturers when they themselves haven’t gotten a 4 hour demo in the last 8 years. But none of them have a problem selling out of equipment so I guess it doesn’t matter at all.
If anyone goes to farm shows this needs to be brought up to the reps there. I got no problem wih the guys getting the demos and taking advantage of it, I'd do the same if offered. What burns me is I have to buy my iron and if it breaks it's on my dime and my down time.
I bet the neighbors to these guys really like how they get free iron, tech, tires, etc to free up money to buy ground. |
