The Navigator line takes the CO2 from ethanol and fertilizer plants and pipes it to IL and puts it deep in the ground. They say it will be way deeper than water sources. Supposedly it turns to a solid down there.
The Summit line pipes the CO2 to ND where it will be used to assist with crude removal from the ground.
