Central In | Thank you for your reply. We are born in sin with a life in the natural man...the flesh, the outer man. The nature of this fleshly outer man is selfish, doesn't want to tell all the truth, lustful, jealous, and full of filthiness.
That's why we need to be born again...born again of God's Spirit. He that is born of God does not sin for His seed remains in Him...1st John. This life is the inner man...God's life that cannot sin.
Still, we are in these bodies of flesh that still have a sinful nature. Paul said that he crucified that flesh daily. Even the most holy person still has to deal with that flesh as long as we are still in this flesh. I feel that it is like this to keep us humble and help us to learn to be overcomers of Satan and his wiles.
