My right hip went from 0 pain to terrible pain in six months. I was 64 less than 2 years ago. I was too fat to do the best one so they went in the side of my hip. Pain was gone! I had to use a walker for 5 weeks, then cane for three, and then I was good to go. It was several more months to be 99% OK. I would do it again 100%! Just do the therapy and get back to walking.
Anyone get a hip replacement?
