Subject: RE: CO2 pipeline

Dakota access put a mile and 3/4 thru our land about 6 years ago. If you have HEL ground go and get a terrace proposal written up and you can force them to go 7 ft deep to top of pipe. That will take care of future tile also. This pipeline is going thru some of our ground again and they have come with rediculously low evaluations. They are paying 6$ for crop damages on a few years which isn’t terrible. We have cattle and hog manure so we were able to finally get our production back up to 90-100% in 5 years. One thing that is different from the meeting is they said they were going to pay 150 feet and now the contract says 110. And they’re saying they will pay landowners the crop damage and they are to pass that along to the tenant. That oughta work well. Lol. We were paid just short of 300,000 per mile by Dakota access if you need something to compare with.
