Have a similar proposal on our property. Had one meeting, told them to get to the field edge. Haven’t heard anything back yet. We won’t be signing anything. I’d expect no less then 26k an acre (that’s what it brought in Iowa right?) for any land they touch, plus 5 years of Trend adjusted APH for any acres in the easement at whatever the CBOT high has been.

Wherever that pipe runs is essentially waste land when they leave. We went through an easement with a transmission line and held out but didn’t get near enough compensation. Lesson learned. If they want to go eminent domain then so be it….
