 Nevada, Iowa | I didn't read any responses, probably repetition. My limited experience has given me a couple of things to do. Get and use a lawyer familiar with the process in the negotiation phase and take time walking through it. You don't want to drag so much that they will resort to other measures but being the first to sign will not give you any leverage. Second, dedicate yourself or someone knowledgeable to watch every foot of digging. They all promise tile repair but our results have ranged from decent repair to completely ignoring tile interruption. Getting them back to repair after the fact will be a frustrating and endless task. Others mileage may vary significantly but that has been our take. | |
