West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | Rinke Noonan took 30% of the increase over the initial offer they helped us receive...we must have done OK, they bought us a bottle Champaign on settlement day.
People need to understand that even if a property owner winds up in court with the pipeline company in a eminent domain situation, and the landowner "loses" in court, the pipeline company has to pay their initial offer. They do not want to go to court.
Construction of the pipeline was almost complete before we reached a settlement.
