The tile issue is a big deal.

Any pipeline or easement area is all churned up from the trencher/excavator. It takes (YEARS) for that area to settle and still continues to settle after that. Any tile repairs have a extremely high likelihood of settling afterwards. Repairs need to have the material below the repairs extremely compacted with GRAVEL below to minimize settling. That, and the actual trench has a weird way of changing soil hydraulics (ie sidehill seeps in hill country change locations).

I’d make sure there some sort of lifetime liability for the CO2 pipeline company to fix tile issues in the easement area.
