| Even if you make them place it 5' deep- they will never allow u to plpw any future tile in. We have an old anhydrous pipeline crossing several farms. Makes any new tile installs a real challenge. Any time it must be crossed tile installer will be forced to hand dig dirt on top of their pipeline. And they will have a rep there enforcing it. Doesnt matter how deep it is.
