Part of it might just be genetics but stress is most definitely the other cause. My attempts to eliminate a good amount of the stress is ongoing. Really working hard at making necessary changes to improve sleep, diet, and other. Can’t make it all happen overnight.

Does anyone know if the red laser light therapy actually helps with hair loss? Or is it just another gimmick? Losing my hair isn’t the end of the world but it sure would be nice to stop and reverse the process.

Any helpful ideas?
