The constitutional protections we enjoy extend to all persons within the United States. Citizenship isn’t a requirement. As such, no one in this country can be forced to vaccinate. Now that doesn’t mean an employer can’t require it as a job requirement or that public facilities can’t require proof of vaccinations as before allowing entry, etc. |
