I would draw out your project with the dimensions you want and most rental places will print off a build sheet for you with a plan of which size of panel goes where and they’ll give you exactly what you need for the project. If you have a place close by, I would definitely rent them. If you have to drive a ways to get them, framing with lumber works but not near as good as the wall/tie system works.
