Agreed. Place I used to work for ordered 500 to 600 Hp trucks then derated them to about 400 Hp. They would forget to reset them to lower Hp after work was done by outside shops. Life was good until they lowered the Hp again. Many are ordered with higher Hp to get heavier clutch and drivetrains then lowered to get longer driveling life.
