I have had a cracked screen no go. I cracked the camera lens and they took that one. It looked to me like you need to tell them it was lost and they would replace it but you had a fee to pay. I figure it is not worth it. If I damage mine I go on internet and find one like it that i am use to. That $17/mo has to cover more than one device.
