We're at $25/hr, 3% match simple IRA, gold plan medical and a truck. That's for a hand that has his butt under him. 16-20 hard weeks per year, the rest is steady.
Creeping up on $90k/yr total to keep a good operator. I'm happy to do it.
So would I of been getting shafted at $15 an hour and no benefits whatsoever except maybe the use of equipment that might have added up to 3 to 4 grand a year? That being for experienced help with minimal equipment tear ups outside normal wear and tear. |
