Yesterday I tried exporting some data from a Gen 1 20/20. I couldn’t do anything with that initial data, turns out I had to tap “Transfer Data” not “Export data”. Maybe the Gen 3 has something that is like that?
The only other thing I can think to check would be to look at the field summaries to make sure there is actually planting or harvest data saved in the monitor.
