Not criticizing anything Rittenhouse did, but have been thinking about what I would have done if I was going to be near one of these riots, and wanted some form of gun protection on me, for protecting my family/business etc. I sure wouldn’t want an ar-15 on a sling, trying to manage that, while putting out fires, helping people, and such. I amazed Kyle did what he did, while running from the crowd, and with a rifle. But for me, I would rather have a dao 9mm pistol, maybe a crossbody holster, conceal carry type thing. Just wondering what firearm you would have if you were in such a situation.
It seems to me like a form of trolling. If you don't want to be mistaken for a gunman, don't carry an assault rifle into an angry crowd. I'm not saying he was guilty of murder, but surely it's obvious that he did something incredibly stupid. But they shouldn't fry you for that.
So if you would bring a gun to a riot for protection
