I have a couple friends that are really good with grills, fryers and smokers. The best one I know of for turkey is a friend that injects a cajun marinade in and deep fries it. No idea what he does but I know that I can eat a lot of it. The best one with liquor is a ham that is injected with Maple Crown Royal and roasted on a grill.
