I doubt that the average Mac user is a "power user". I have a Imac along with several old PC's. The Imac is a nice fairly stable machine with a lot of nice features which is easy to use. My kids are much more the power users and can do anything and more on their PC's. One beef I have with the Imac is the scroll button on the mouse is impossible to clean properly. A good mouse for a PC is superior.
