If you can come up with a pecan tree sprayer, plug all of the nozzles but one. Ours will blow 10 gallons of diesel an hour into the pile to get it hot then just let it blow. The wind off that thing will keep the fire hot and burn a 8' oak to nothing in 24 hours.
