I wouldn’t be there to begin with. Other than killing a person destroying property how else can we as citizens detour people? I am not trained for situations like this and cannot arrest or detain anyone. The leaders have greatly failed to use the trained resources they have available to qualm these criminals. I sure hope I know what my 17 year olds are up to someday to discourage them from situations like this. Fingers need to be pointed at all.
