| why you wanted to visited some large diarys. You have good land where you farm for a large diary, if you every get a chance to visit with Dave and Carl Loweith they are good for picking their brains , they often have large herd tours at their farm.
The reason I have a chip on my should when it comes to the DFO is we where one of the biggest cream producers in ontario until Peter Gould and his gang put us out of business. Our product was always graded A-1 by the Alliston Creamery and we never had a problem with our annual inspections, now the menonites where a different story! If there was a problem it should have been addressed, it was criminal what they done 3 weeks before Xmas. Sorry for the rant, just wanted you to know, I always enjoy your posts....
