We put almost $30k of parts on an S690 we bought used three years ago, but that was on a 6 year old machine that had been out on lease to two separate farms with minimal maintenance, and all the parts were furnished by the dealer in the purchase agreement.
We have run it for three seasons now, along with our 2011 9770, and have not spent anywhere close to that on both machines in three seasons.
Not saying they are trouble-free, or no- maintenance, but 40k is a complete exaggeration. | |
